Project management
Whatever the application chosen, we can help you with project management to guarantee the adequacy between the business needs and the functional solution implemented, to prioritize the functionalities to be developed and coordinate the UAT phases.
Data cleansing
The performance of procurement solutions is closely linked to the quality of supplier data. Cleaning it before the integration is therefore essential. After defining the management rules, we proceed with the deduplication and standardization of the data as well as its enrichment.
Design and configuration
Based on specifications collected during design workshops, we take care of the configuration of the solution as well as the unit tests.
Implementation
In collaboration with our customers’ IT teams, we deal with the interfaces and implementation of the solution into the information system (ERP, accounting system, CLM, etc.) and third-party applications such as TealBook, e-attestation, HICX, etc.
Testing
